House of Nature, Kecskemét
This visitor centre of the Kiskunság National Park Directorate is located in Kecskemét. The building hosts a permanent exhibition providing information about the history of nature conservation in Hungary, the national parks of Hungary, the characteristic habitats of the Danube-Tisza Interfluve and traditional professions. The exhibition has some playful, interactive parts, too. We often organize workshops, presentations and other exhibitions about natural values. Visitors are supplied with information about the rules of visiting protected areas and about our touristic services and programmes, and they can also purchase publications, information brochures, maps, posters and souvenirs.
