Fülöpháza Sand Dunes, Dyer’s Alkanet Study Trail
The trail provides insight into the geological, botanical and zoological properties of sand regions with semi-open vegetation. The trailhead is in the parking lot of the Naprózsa House and Forest School. There is a well-equipped sports trail along the initial, forested part of the study trail.

How to approach: The trailhead is in the parking lot of the Naprózsa House, located at km 20 of Route 52 (GPS: N46°52’05.9” E19°25’33.1”K). The trail also ends here.

Recommended period: throughout the year, on foot. In summer time, we recommend the early morning and late afternoon hours because of the high temperatures.
Recommended gear: comfortable but closed clothing, a pair of binoculars, a glass of water and, in summer, a hat.
